SCAS Principal Christina Garsten has been appointed Member of the Swedish
Society for International Affairs.

Current SCAS Barbro Klein Fellow Ewa Machotka has been appointed Professor
of East Asian Art History at the Universität Zürich.

Ewa Machotka is in residence at SCAS in the autumn of 2023.

As of 1st November 2023, Kaya Şahin is Professor of History and Vice Provost
for Global Strategies and International Affairs at the Ohio State University.

Kaya Şahin was a Fellow at SCAS in the academic year 2020-2021.
